    Summary of Wyoming Surrogacy Law

    Currently, Wyoming’s Parentage Act (WY Stat § 14-2-403(d)) does not authorize or prohibit surrogacy, and therefore surrogacy in the state of Wyoming is considered legal. However, due to the lack of surrogacy matters in the state of Wyoming, the application of surrogacy law is uncertain, and strong precedent is yet to be established.
