Summary of Nevada Surrogacy Law

Nevada by statute, Nev. Rev. Stat. NRS 126.500-126.500-126.810, permits compensated gestational surrogacy and recognizes Gestational Carrier Contracts. Intended parents will be able to obtain a birth order recognizing them as the legal parents of the child/ren.
